Steve Brickman

Tournament Co-Director

Steve handles all team registration, is the primary point of contact for team managers and coaches, and chairs the rules committee. He brings over 25 years of youth hockey tournament experience to the event, having run several large tournaments including events for USAH, USAH Central District, C.S.D.H.L and T1EHL,  Additionally, Steve has served the St. Louis youth hockey community as both a coach and on local youth boards and is a past member of both the Missouri Hockey Youth Division and State Board of Directors.

Brandon Schultz

Tournament Co-Director

Brandon handles most administrative task and will be onsite at Centene to ensure your weekend of hockey is memorable. He brings over 17 years of experience in youth hockey to our team. He wants to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy the game of hockey and succeed both on and off the ice. Brandon grew up playing hockey in MN and played ACHA for the University of Kansas, serving as captain for 3 seasons and assistant coach for 1 season. He came to Centene from Centerpoint Community Ice Area in the KC area serving as GM and Hockey Director. Brandon has served as an administrator, coach, and skill instructor including conducting camps and clinics for USAH. He has also attend the USA Hockey Director program in conjunction with the North America Rink Conference & Expo (NARCE) 

Lloyd Ney

Tournament Co-Executive Director

Lloyd is responsible for general management of all events as Tournament Co-Executive Director including all event experience management.


Lance Rosenberg

GM Centene Community Ice Center, Tournament Co-Executive Director

Lance is responsible for coordinating ice times and scheduling. He oversees all operations at Centene and serves as a liaison for the tournament staff.

A native of Philadelphia, Lance started his professional career in the Philadelphia Flyers organization working as a Hockey Director and General Manager at the Flyers Skate Zone. From there Lance entered the arena and stadium management industry where he served in various roles within the NHL/NBA, NCAA and MLB venues and served as a consultant to a KHL team. Notable career events include USA Hockey National Championships, 2011 NCAA Wrestling National Championship, 2012 NHL Winter Classic, 2013 United States Greenbuild Conference Opening Celebration, 2017 Super Bowl, and the 2017 World Series. Lance’s passion for hockey and live entertainment led him to his current role at the Centene Community Ice Center.

Deb Crowder

General Manager-iceZone

Deb is responsible for all facets of the running and operations of the iceZone.  Her primary goal is to make sure you enjoy your game and time while in the iceZone.

Benton Kooman

Tournament Operations Director

Benton serves as Tournament Operations Director. A long time USA Hockey Level 4 Official, Benton has also served on the Local Organizing Committees for two National Championship Tournaments and several Central District championship and Player Development events. Benton manages all aspects of tournament operations, including all staff scheduling and iceZone arena operations.
